Overview of Node Sale

At this time, there is no public node sale open to general participants. Node sales are conducted exclusively through a whitelist process, allowing only pre-approved participants to acquire nodes. Whitelisted participants may be contacted with further information on how to proceed with their node purchase.

Node License and Rights

Nodes are allocated via Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), each representing a unique software license. This license grants the holder rights to:

• Operate a Node: The NFT entitles its holder to run a node on the network, participate in designated network functions, and contribute to the ecosystem's ongoing operations.

• Access Network Functions: Node operators play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure. However, it is important to note that these NFTs are non-transferrable; they cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party.

Age Requirement

Individuals wishing to purchase a node must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years at the time of application and purchase. Participation is strictly limited to those who can legally enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

Restricted Territories

The opportunity to purchase nodes is unavailable to individuals or entities located in certain restricted territories. Access to node purchasing and related services is restricted to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations. Restricted Territories include, but are not limited to:

• United States

• China

• North Korea

• Iran

• Pakistan

• Tunisia

• Uganda

• Libya

• Tajikistan

• Uzbekistan

• Yemen

• Sri Lanka

• Venezuela

Individuals or entities located in these territories are expressly prohibited from purchasing nodes or its services, including the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or any other technology intended to circumvent these restrictions. Attempting to bypass these geographic restrictions is a violation of our terms of service and may result in immediate termination of access.
